Q1: Is this a credit card?
No. This is a Prepaid Card. You must top up with USDT before spending. It does not involve credit limits or overdraft facilities, hence there are no credit checks.
Q2: How long does a top-up take to arrive?
We support multi-chain USDT top-ups. Generally, funds are automatically credited within 2-5 minutes after on-chain confirmation.
Q3: Is Identity Verification (KYC) required?
ANT Pay offers No-KYC card options (such as the Advanced Lite Card and Diamond Lite Card). You only need an email address to register, protecting your privacy.
Q4: Where can the card be used?
Virtual cards can be used on global online platforms that support Visa/Mastercard (e-commerce, subscriptions, advertising); physical cards additionally support swiping at global offline POS terminals and ATM withdrawals.
Q5: Why did my payment fail?
The most common reason is "insufficient balance". Please ensure your balance covers the "Item Price + Handling Fee + Exchange Rate Difference". If the balance is sufficient but the payment still fails, please check if merchant risk controls were triggered (e.g., IP address does not match the billing address).
Q6: How are funds secured?
You can freeze your card within the App at any time. Online transactions support 3DS verification, and the full card number and CVV can only be viewed after entering an email verification code, preventing information leakage.
